Root Juice

Root Juice (pictured far right)
1 smallish raw beetroot
2 carrots
10 French breakfast radishes
½ lemon
2 apples

What to do:

  1. Cut the segments of lemon away from the skin. Wash the vegetables and chop them into chunks. Core the apples and chop.
  2. Put everything into the juicer then chill the juice before drinking.
