Root Juice

What you'll need:
Root Juice (pictured far right)
- 1 smallish raw beetroot
- 2 carrots
- 10 French breakfast radishes
- ½ lemon
- 2 apples
What to do:
- Cut the segments of lemon away from the skin. Wash the vegetables and chop them into chunks. Core the apples and chop.
- Put everything into the juicer then chill the juice before drinking.
